As the Operations Manager, Caroline establishes the systems and processes necessary to serve our clients and support our advisors with the highest level of care. She is responsible for making sure the promises that we make to our clients are being kept and that our business is built to support those efforts.
Caroline graduated from the University of South Carolina where she studied Finance, Human Resources, and Psychology. After graduation, she learned about CovingtonAlsina and the dedication and passion that they had towards serving their clients and helping them secure their futures. She is passionate about understanding the human experience and knowing a person’s financial intentions. This helps Caroline to see the “why” behind a person’s decisions and assists her in helping clients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys hiking, cooking, and playing tennis.
